Jumbo Lunch Slice Pass Subscription Program FAQs (as of 4/4/22)

What is the Jumbo Slice Pass Subscription?

For $19.65/month plus tax, you can enjoy one jumbo slice of our ‘Sota-Style® pizza daily between 11:00 am -2:00 pm. Or you can use it to upgrade to a two-slice lunch combo and get $5.00 off.

Choose a Cheese, Pepperoni or Sausage Jumbo slice.

Specialty and full sizes pizzas are not included in your subscription.

 

How do I sign up for a Jumbo Slice Pass subscription?

You can purchase a Jumbo Slice Pass subscription in the Red’s Savoy Pizza App.

Select the Subscription Icon on the home page and complete the purchase process.

 

How do I redeem my subscription?

It’s easy! Go to any Red’s Savoy Pizza, tell the Cashier you’d like to order a Jumbo Slice  and you have a Jumbo Slice Pass.  Then give the Cashier the phone number associated with your Thank You Rewards account.

Then it works like any other Thank You Reward.  The Cashier will ring you up and redeem your daily Jumbo Slice Pass.

All that’s left is to enjoy your Jumbo Slice.  (We recommend getting an ice-cold pop or water because you’ll probably get thirsty with all that cheesy goodness.)

 

Do I need to be a member of Thank You Rewards to sign up for a Jumbo Slice Pass subscription?

Yes. The Jumbo Lunch Slice Subscription program is only available for purchase through our App.  If you are a subscriber, the daily Jumbo Slice will be added to your Thank You Rewards account.  That’s how you are able to redeem your free slice.

It’s easy to join, it’s free and you’ll earn $5 Savoy Bucks just for signing up and becoming a Thank You Rewards Member.

 

Will I earn Rewards Points for the purchase of my subscription?

You won’t earn Rewards Points for the purchase of your subscription, but you will earn Rewards Points for purchases made in conjunction with your daily Slice Pass redemption.

For example, you redeem your daily Slice Pass and purchase a Pop and a Side Salad.  You’ll earn Rewards Points for the Pop and Side Salad purchase.

 

How do I renew my subscription each month?

Your Jumbo Slice Pass subscription will automatically renew each month.

The monthly fee will be charged to the payment method you provided when you signed up.

Jumbo Slice Pass subscriptions are non-refundable.

If your Credit Card on file fails during renewal, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will receive notification via email.

 

When will I be billed each month?

The billing cycle is determined by the date you sign up for the subscription.

You will be billed on the same day each month, unless you signed up on the 31st of a month or February 29, in which case you will be billed on the last day of the month.

 

How do I cancel my Jumbo Slice Pass subscription?

We can’t imagine you’ll want to cancel but if you do, there are a few ways:

Select Subscriptions from the Home page of the Red’s Savoy Pizza App

Refer to one of the emails you received notifying you of your payment processing and click the Cancelation link.

Your subscription will run through the end of your billing period and then not renew.

We do not prorate cancelled subscriptions.

 

How many times can I redeem my subscription benefits in a day?

You can redeem your Jumbo Lunch Slice Pass once a day, seven days a week, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

 

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my subscription?

We do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, but you can cancel your subscription by going to the Subscription section in the Savoy Pizza app.

 

Can I share my Jumbo Slice Pass Subscription with my family or friends?

Nope! This is an individual subscription tied to your Thank You Rewards account.

The benefits of the program are non-transferable and non-sharable.

Expect to show your Red’s Savoy Pizza App to the Cashier when you redeem your daily Jumbo Slice Pass.

 

Can I send a Gift Subscription to someone else?

It’s a bummer but unfortunately, we don’t have the technology to do that at this time.

 

I purchased a subscription, but it isn’t in my Thank You Rewards account

Shortly after purchasing the Jumbo Lunch Slice Subscription, you should receive an email that confirms your Subscription purchase followed by a Jumbo Lunch Slice Subscription introduction email.

Your Jumbo Lunch Slice Subscription will be loaded into your Thank You Rewards account immediately after purchase and can be redeemed right away.

 

Why can’t I order my slice online or through the App?

In order to get you a fresh hot slice of pizza, lunch slices are only available to be ordered in-store and not available for order online or through the app.

 

Do I have to show my app to redeem my Jumbo Lunch Slice Subscription?

Yes, expect to show your Red’s Savoy Pizza App with the Cashier when you redeem your daily Jumbo Slice Pass.

 

I wasn’t able to redeem my Slice Pass yesterday, can I get two slices today?

We missed you yesterday!  Unfortunately, each daily Jumbo Slice Pass is valid for one day only.

 

I want to purchase a subscription, but I don’t have a computer or smart phone.

Unfortunately, the subscription program currently only works through the Red’s Savoy Pizza App and requires the user to be a registered Thank You Rewards member.
