PIZZA + PULLTABS

Each Red’s Savoy Pizza location is independently owned and operated. Terms and conditions may apply and offerings may vary by location, and based on applicable state laws and regulations. No Cash Value. Must redeem in person. No substitutions. Not valid with other offers. Free Pizza for a Year is defined as one pizza per month for 12 months. This will be administered through a Thank You Rewards account. Promotion will terminate when these pulltabs are no longer made available. 

Receive a Pulltab Without Purchase (alternate method of entry “AMOE”): A Participant can request a Pulltab without buying a pizza at a participating Red’s Savoy Pizza location by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code to: RSP Pulltab Request, 574 Prairie Center Drive, Ste 135-314, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. DO NOT SEND ANY WINNING PULLTABS, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS TO THIS ADDRESS. One Pulltab will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements while supplies last. Limit one request per person per day. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE RED’S SAVOY PIZZA® THANK YOU REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE THANK YOU REWARDS PROGRAM.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to Red’s Savoy Pizza Thank You Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at savoypizza.com

Red’s Savoy Pizza reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, offer, promotion, benefit or guideline pertaining to Thank You Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to savoypizza.com, so please check back from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in Thank You Rewards.

Red’s Savoy Pizza Thank You Rewards is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Thank You Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. Actual or accidental registration of a juvenile account will exclude customers from receiving communication, promotions and offers.

Thank You Rewards is one way in which Red’s Savoy Pizza endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Red’s Savoy Pizza products. Red’s Savoy Pizza customers are able to earn points that convert to Savoy Bucks rewards. 

JOINING THANK YOU REWARDS

To join Thank You Rewards, go to https://savoypizza.com/rewards/ or download the Red’s Savoy Pizza App. You’ll provide the following information: 

  1. First and last name
  2. Email address and password
  3. Phone number 
  4. Birthday (to receive birthday offers)

EARNING POINTS

The rewards that are available to you through Thank you Rewards are based on the number of points that you earn. Points are earned on the check subtotal. You can earn points by making purchases at Red’s Savoy Pizza in the following ways: 

  1. In-Store: Let the team know you are part of Thank You Rewards and have them look up and attach your Thank You Rewards account via your phone number. You earn 10 points per dollar for dine-in, walk-in and phone orders. 
  2. Online through savoypizza.com: Make sure you are logged into your Thank you Rewards account to earn points. You earn 13 points per dollar for digital purchases.
  3. In the Red’s Savoy Pizza App: When you are logged into your app and make a purchase, you’ll automatically receive points. You earn 13 points per dollar for digital purchases.
  4. Promotions: From time to time, we’ll offer you opportunities to earn additional points and menu items through special promotions. 

Purchases made on The Savoyager (the Red’s Savoy Pizza food truck), are not eligible for loyalty program points. 

Points will not be earned on purchases made when checking out as a guest.

If you use a reward on your purchase, you will only earn points based on the subtotal of the amount owned on your check. 

You may not earn points in connection with the purchase of gift cards or certain types of beta or promotional programs. Taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, also may be excluded and ineligible for point accrual.

Once points accrued has reached 1965, an automatic conversion will occur and the Thank you Reward member will receive $10 Savoy Bucks to be used on a future purchase. The $10 Savoy Bucks will expire in 60 days from issuance.

POINT EXPIRATION

Rewards only expire for customers who are inactive. Inactive is defined by a customer that has no activity within a year. Thank You Rewards members with a valid email and have agreed to receive messaging will be notified when their points are about to expire. If there has been no purchasing activity in a year, all points will expire.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF THANK YOU REWARDS

As a Thank You Rewards member, you may be eligible for the following additional benefits:

  • Welcome Reward. Once a customer has registered their account and made a qualifying purchase of $5, they will receive a $5 Savoy Bucks reward to be used on their next purchase. Welcome rewards expire 14 days from the date they were issued. You can check the status and expiration of  rewards by logging into your Thank You Rewards account at https://savoypizza.com/rewards/ or via the Red’s Savoy Pizza mobile app.
  • Birthday Reward. On your birthday (as indicated in your Thank You Rewards account), you will receive $15 Savoy Bucks. Your Birthday Reward may be redeemed online, in the Red’s Savoy Pizza app, via phone or in-store for any food or beverage items. To qualify for your $15 Birthday Bucks you must be an active Thank You Rewards member. Active is defined by making a purchase of $5 or more in the last 6 months. Your Birthday Reward will be automatically added to your account on your birthday and is valid for 7 days. You can check the expiration of your Birthday Bucks and any rewards by logging into your Thank You Rewards account at https://savoypizza.com/rewards/ or via the Red’s Savoy Pizza mobile app.
  • Exclusive Offers and Promotions*: Promotions that are exclusively for Thank You Rewards members.
    • Double Point Tuesday. On the second Tuesday of each month points earned will automatically be doubled. Tax, tip and delivery fee are excluded from earning points. 
    • Appy Hour. Thank You Rewards members get a free appetizer with any large pizza purchase daily between 2-5pm. Offer excludes the Savoy Sampler.
    • *All offers and promotions are subject to change at any time. 
  • Early or extended access to certain promotions and offers or digitally . Red’s Savoy Pizza may offer Thank You Rewards members early or extended access to special menu items or discounts at participating stores. You may take part in these offers by being logged into your account or alerting a team member to your Thank You Rewards account prior to your purchase.
  • Red’s Savoy Pizza may offer digital-only promotions that can only be redeemed online or in the Red’s Savoy Pizza app. To take part in these digital only promotions, you must be logged into your Thank You Rewards account.
  • Personalized offers and coupons. Special offers may be distributed by email, through the App (including via push notifications), or by physical mail. You may be required to opt-in and activate special offers via the App or via email. Special offers may be customized based on your purchase behaviors and preferences, and may include periodic discounts on food, beverages and merchandise, or the opportunity to earn bonus points. Special offers may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. You may be required to provide your account details in-store or be logged in online in order to redeem special offers. Read each offer carefully for specific details, expiration dates, and limitations and restrictions. 
  • Reward extensions or exceptions will not be granted. Customers can see when rewards expire by logging into their Thank You Rewards account online  https://savoypizza.com/rewards/ or in the Red’s Savoy Pizza mobile app.
