Thank You Rewards FAQs

Thank you Rewards is one way in which Red’s Savoy Pizza rewards and thanks loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Red’s Savoy Pizza products. Thank You Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate points that can be redeemed at all locations. 

How do I become a Thank You Rewards member? 

There are three ways to register: 

1. When you download the Red’s Savoy Pizza iOS or Android app and sign in, a Thank You Rewards account is created for you. Download the app by searching Red’s Savoy Pizza in the app store. 

2.You can register for Thank You Rewards at https://savoypizza.com/rewards/ 

3. In-store our team can send you a text message with a link to register. Just let them know you’d like to sign-up when you’re in-store. 

After I register, what do you do with my information?

We use your other details to send you information and exciting offers about Red’s Savoy Pizza®. We also use your information to keep you apprised of your Thank You Rewards account activity. Your phone number can be used at the restaurant to look up your account.

Does it cost anything to become a member?

Nope!

What are the program rewards and how do I earn them?

When you are logged into your registered Thank You Rewards account and make a purchase on qualifying food and beverage items,  you earn points. The points are always calculated based on the subtotal of the check (no delivery fees, taxes or tips are counted for points). 

Points are earned per each dollar spent and are awarded as follows: 

10 points per dollar on orders made in-person or via phone. 

13 points per dollar for orders made digitally – on the website or via the Red’s Savoy Pizza app. 

When you accumulate 1965 points, we will automatically convert the points into a $10.00 Savoy Bucks reward. 

Examples: 

You are logged into your Thank You Rewards account online. You make a purchase of $50. Your purchase will be converted to 750 points. 

You have the team attach your loyalty account in-store when you visit for lunch. You make a purchase for $14. Your purchase will be converted to 140 points. 

$5 Welcome Reward 

Just like a warm hug, we’ll give you $5 Savoy Bucks when you sign up for Thank You Rewards and make your first purchase over $5. The welcome reward is valid for 14 days after your first purchase. You’ll be able to redeem your welcome reward on your next purchase. 

If you sign up via text message, you’ll receive credit for the transaction that you just made. 

What are Savoy Bucks and how do I use them? 

Savoy Bucks are Thank You Rewards currency – treat them just as you would cash! When you accumulate 1965 points, you will automatically receive $10 Savoy Bucks. Savoy Bucks are valid for 60 days. 

RED’S SAVOY PIZZA APP. When you use the Red’s Savoy Pizza app you will automatically be logged into your Thank You Rewards loyalty account. You will be able to view and use your rewards, including Savoy Bucks. To use Savoy Bucks, go through the checkout process and apply the reward at the end of the transaction. You can use as few as $1 Savoy Bucks on your order or as many as you have on your account. 

ONLINE. Make sure you are logged into your Thank You Rewards account during the online ordering process. Savoy Bucks can be selected for use during the checkout process. You can use as few as $1 Savoy Bucks on your order or as many as you have on your account. 

IN-STORE. Whether you are calling in or visiting in-store make sure you let the team member taking your order know you are part of Thank You Rewards and have a reward that you will be using. They will attach your account to the purchase so you can use your Savoy Bucks and earn points toward your next reward. 

Please note that Savoy Bucks rewards dollars can’t be used to purchase Red’s Savoy Pizza Gift Cards or pay for delivery fees/other service charges. Being a Thank You Rewards member also means other great deals. Access to discounts, double points days, birthday surprises, and daily special offers.

Why 1965 points? 

Red’s Savoy Pizza started in 1965 on the East side of Saint Paul, Minnesota. To honor or strong heritage, we chose 1965 as a way to celebrate 60 years of making ‘Sota-Style pizza. 

Do I earn points for catering, carry-out, delivery and online orders?

You can earn points on carry-out and delivery orders, including orders placed online at savoypizza.com and our Savoy Pizza app. Please note: our delivery drivers cannot add your Thank You Rewards number at the time of delivery so be sure to attach your account at time of purchase.

What if I didn’t get my points on my last order? 

Still have your receipt? In the Red’s Savoy Pizza app navigate to the side bar and look for ‘Missed Visit.” Scan the QR code in the app and hit ‘submit’ after you’ve snapped the picture. The points will be applied to your account. 

Do I earn points for buying a Gift Card?

You only earn points upon the redemption of Red’s Savoy Pizza® gift cards – so the recipient will earn points like they do for any transaction when they pay with a gift card. 

Is there anything I don’t earn points for?

You don’t earn points on tax, tip, delivery fees or discounts. Points are calculated off the subtotal of the check.  When your bill is paid for using Savoy Bucks Reward dollars it does not earn points. For example, if your pre-tax bill is $27 and you redeem $5 in rewards, you will only earn 220 points (in-store) or 286 points (digital order) for that visit. Additional restrictions may apply at individual restaurant locations.

How do I know how many points and rewards I have earned?

You can check your account by logging in to the Savoy Pizza app and clicking on the Rewards  icon on the bottom of the app or by logging into your account online. There you will be able to see your points, monitor your rewards, and edit your account. When you are at a location, we are happy to look up your account as well.  

When will the points appear on my account?

As soon as your order has been delivered or picked up. 

Do my rewards expire?

Reward expiration is variable but will be visible on your account – you can . 

Savoy Bucks expire 60 days.

Sign up rewards are valid 14 days 

Birthday valid 7 days from your birthday.

All other rewards will be noted in a promotional email. 

 Will my rewards expire if I don’t use them right away?

Your $10 Savoy Bucks Reward will expire 60 days from the date  it was earned. Your $5 Welcome Reward will expire 14 days after you receive the reward. We occasionally offer other short-term rewards whose expiration dates will be specified in the email informing you of those rewards. When redeeming, the rewards with the earliest expiration date will automatically be used first.

Do my points expire? 

Points expire after one year of account inactivity. You will receive an email notification that your points are about to expire to the email address registered with your Thank You Rewards account. 

Example: 

You make a purchase on January 1, 2000 and earn 500 points. You moved away from your favorite pizza place so haven’t made a purchase in 11 months. As you are nearing the 12 months of account inactivity, you will receive an email from Thank You Rewards notifying you that the points on your account will expire if you do not make a purchase. If you do make a purchase before a year of account inactivity you will ‘save’ your points and they will not expire. 

BIRTHDAY BUCKS

Does Thank You Rewards have a birthday offer?

Thank You Rewards® members will receive $15 Birthday Bucks the day of their birthday.  To be eligible to receive the Birthday Bucks reward, you must be an active Thank You Rewards member, meaning you must have made a purchase within the 6 months prior to your birthday. 

How do I use Birthday Bucks? 

Birthday Bucks are flexible and can be used on any menu items. Birthday Bucks are deposited into your account on the day of your birthday and expire 7 days after. Birthday Bucks can not be redeemed for cash value. If the check total does not exceed the Birthday Bucks, no change will be given. 

RED’S SAVOY PIZZA APP. When you use the Red’s Savoy Pizza app you will automatically be logged into your Thank You Rewards loyalty account. You will be able to view and use your rewards, including Birthday Bucks. To use Birthday Bucks, go through the checkout process and apply the reward at the end of the transaction.

I didn’t get Birthday Bucks this year. Why? 

Birthday Bucks are a gift to our loyal Thank You Reward customers. Customers who have not made a purchase tied to their Thank you Rewards account, within the 6 months prior to their birthday, will not be eligible to receive Birthday Bucks. 

What happens if I register for Thank You Rewards on my birthday? 

You will be eligible to receive $15 Birthday Bucks the next day if: 

You register on your birthday AND

Make a $5 purchase

Failure to complete both of these will result in no automatic generation of the Birthday Bucks reward. 

APPY HOUR 

Appy Hour is our daily special offer exclusive to Thank You Rewards members. When you purchase a large pizza, you are eligible to receive a FREE appetizer 2-5pm daily.

When is Appy Hour available? 

Daily, 2-5pm. 

How do I redeem? 

Add any large pizza and an appetizer to your cart between 2-5pm.  The order must be completed and paid for by 5pm or the reward will not be valid. If both a large pizza and appetizer are in your cart at checkout, Appy Hour will be a visible reward. In the Red’s Savoy Pizza App, click the Appy Hour Reward and ‘Apply Reward.’ Then the discount should be applied. Online, the reward will be visible during the checkout process – make sure it is selected to apply. In-store, let the team member helping you with your order that you’d like to use your Appy Hour reward. 

What is considered an “Appy”?

An Appy is: Garlic Cheese Bread, Regular or Large Pizza Fries, Boneless or Bone-In Wings, and Tater Kegs.

DOUBLE POINT TUESDAY

What is Double Point Tuesday? 

On the second Tuesday of every month, Thank You Rewards members have the opportunity to multiply their points by 2x. To receive the double points you must be logged into your Thank You Rewards account online or in the Red’s Savoy Pizza app and if ordering from one of our team members at the store or on the phone, please notify them of your phone number associated with your rewards account. Failure to attach your order to your account will result in missed points!

CARDS

We no longer accept physical cards. Need to register your Thank You Rewards account? It’s easy to do online. 

What information do I need to register my card?

When you register your card, you will be creating a Thank You Rewards account. You will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card along with your name, address, phone number, and email address. We also ask a few other simple questions to get to know you better.

Where can I find my card number and registration code?

Both can be found on the back of your Thank You Rewards Card. The card number is the 16-digit number, and the registration code is the 6-digit number. Do not use spaces when entering the card number.

What happens if I lose my card?

If your card is registered, no problem! You will be able to access your account online or via the Red’s Savoy Pizza app. If you have lost your card and it is unregistered, you will not be able to register it. Sorry! If you have lost your unregistered card but still want to earn points, simply sign up for Thank You Rewards online at savoypizza.com or download the Red’s Savoy Pizza app.
