How do I become a Thank You Rewards member? 

You can register for Thank You Rewards at https://savoypizza.com/rewards/ or when you download our app.

 

Does it cost anything to become a member?

Nope!

 

What are the program rewards and how do I earn them?

Every time you make a purchase, you earn one point for each dollar spent on qualifying food and beverage purchases. Points are awarded based on the and are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. For example: if you spend $21.50 using your Thank You Rewards Account you will have earned 22 points with that purchase. When you accumulate 150 points, we will automatically convert the points to a $10.00 Savoy Bucks reward on your registered Thank You Rewards Account. The Savoy Bucks Rewards dollars can be used to purchase awesome food and drink on your next visit.

Please note that Savoy Bucks rewards dollars can’t be used to purchase Red’s Savoy Pizza Gift Cards or pay for delivery fees/other service charges. Being a Thank You Rewards member also means other great deals. Access to discounts, double points days, birthday surprises, and daily special offers.

 

Do I earn points for carry-out, delivery and online orders?

You can earn points on carry-out and delivery orders, including orders placed online at savoypizza.com and our Savoy Pizza app. Please note: our delivery drivers cannot add your Thank You Rewards number at the time of delivery so be sure attach your account at time of purchase.

 

Do I earn points for buying a Gift Card?

You only earn points upon the redemption of Red’s Savoy Pizza® gift cards – so the recipient will earn points like they do for any transaction when they pay with a gift card. 

 

Is there anything I don’t earn points for?

When your bill is paid for using Savoy Bucks Reward dollars it does not earn points. For example, if your pre-tax bill is $27 and you redeem $5 in rewards, you will only earn 22 points for that visit. Additional restrictions may apply at individual restaurant locations.

 

How do I know how many points and rewards I have earned?

You can check your account by logging in to the Savoy Pizza app and clicking on on the Rewards  icon on the bottom of the app or by logging into your account online. There you will be able to see your points, monitor your rewards, and edit your account.

 

When will the points appear on my account?

Delivery orders will not show points from your current order on your receipt, but the points will be added to your account by the end of the day.

 

When can I spend my rewards?

When your registered account reaches 150 points, the system will automatically convert them into $10 Savoy Bucks. These rewards will be available for use on your next visit and expire six weeks from the date they are earned. Restrictions on redemptions may apply.

 

Will my rewards expire if I don’t use them right away?

$10 Savoy Bucks reward will expire 60 days from the date they were earned. We occasionally offer other short-term rewards whose expiration dates will be specified in the email informing you of those rewards. When redeeming, the rewards with the earliest expiration date will automatically be used first.

 

Do you have a birthday bonus?

Thank You Rewards® members will receive $15 Birthday Bucks the week of their birthday. This birthday reward is flexible and can be used on any menu items! Birthday Bucks emails are sent the Monday of your birthday week and expire 7 days after the email has been sent. Birthday Bucks can not be redeemed for cash value. If the check total does not exceed the birthday bucks, no change will be given. To be eligible to receive for the Birthday Bucks reward, you must have made a purchase within the 180 days prior to your birthday week.  

 

After I register, what do you do with my information?

We use your other details to send you information and exciting offers about Red’s Savoy Pizza®. We also use your information to keep you apprised of your Thank You Rewards account activity. Your phone number can be used at the restaurant to look up your account.

 

APPY HOUR

Appy Hour is our new special offer exclusive to Thank You Rewards members. When you purchase a large pizza, you are eligible to receive a FREE appetizer 2-5pm daily.

 

When is Appy Hour available? 

Every day, 2-5pm. We no longer will be offering an all-day Monday discount.

 

How do I redeem? 

When you have a large pizza and an appetizer in your cart during 2-5pm the reward shoud populate at checkout. Click Appy Hour Reward and ‘Apply Reward.’ Then the discount should be applied.

 

What is considered an “Appy”?

An Appy is: Garlic Cheese bread, Regular or Large Pizza Fries, Boneless or Bone-In Wings, and Tater Kegs.

 

LUNCH PUNCH CARD 

A digital punch card where you earn Free jumbo slices!

 

How do I redeem punches?

As long as you are registered as a Thank You Rewards member and you enter your account information at the point of purchase, you will accrue lunch punches. Punches can be tracked on the Red’s Savoy App or on your account online.

 

What counts as a punch? 

One single Jumbo Slice = 1 lunch punch

Two Slice Combo = 2 lunch punches

 

Is there an actual card? 

The Lunch Punch Card is digital and is tracked on the Red’s Savoy Pizza app.

 

Can I redeem the reward on a Two Slice Combo?

Yes, the value of the slice ($5.50) will be applied as a discount to the Two Slice Combo.

 

CARDS

We no longer accept physical cards. Need to register your Thank You Rewards account? It’s easy to do online. 

 

What information do I need to register my card?

When you register your card, you will be creating a Thank You Rewards account. You will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card along with your name, address, phone number, and email address. We also ask a few other simple questions to get to know you better.

 

Where can I find my card number and registration code?

Both can be found on the back of your Thank You Rewards Card. The card number is the 16-digit number, and the registration code is the 6-digit number. Do not use spaces when entering the card number.

 

What happens if I lose my card?

If your card is registered, no problem! You will be able to access your account online or via the Red’s Savoy Pizza app. If you have lost your card and it is unregistered, you will not be able to register it. Sorry! If you have lost your unregistered card but still want to earn points, simply sign up for Thank You Rewards online at savoypizza.com or download the Red’s Savoy Pizza app.
